We process personal data in good faith, proportionately and for a specific purpose. Legal bases, depending on the case, are: performance of a contract (e.g. booking and repair), your consent (e.g. statistics and marketing cookies), our legitimate interest (e.g. secure website operation) or a legal obligation (e.g. retention of invoices).
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on to unauthorised third parties for advertising.
Contact & booking: When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email or the booking form, we process the data you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, the service address (we come to you) and details about your bike and the requested service.
Invoicing: To bill the services rendered we process the data required for that (name, address, service, amount, payment method).
Automatically on visit: When you open the website your browser transmits technically necessary data (see "Hosting & server logs").
We set no statistics or marketing cookies without your consent. On your first visit a cookie banner appears where you decide freely.
Equal choice: "Reject all" is just as easy and equally prominent as "Accept all" — one click, no detour. Via "Settings" you can allow individual categories separately.
We use Google Consent Mode V2. Before your consent, all four signals default to denied:
Only once you agree are the relevant signals set to granted. Always active are only technically necessary functions (e.g. security and storing your cookie choice itself).
Withdraw anytime: You can change or withdraw your consent with effect for the future at any time — via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Google Analytics / Google Ads (if enabled): We may use Google Analytics (audience measurement) and Google Ads (ad performance) — but only after your consent via the cookie banner and within Consent Mode V2. IP addresses are truncated/anonymised. The provider is Google Ireland Ltd. or Google LLC; data may be transferred to the USA.
Google Fonts: This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your IP address is technically transmitted to Google in the process. The basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent, fast-loading appearance.
Google Maps / Google reviews: We link to our Google business profile and map links. This content is only loaded when you actively click the respective link.
On the website you will find buttons that open a WhatsApp chat with us. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the transmitted data is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) under their terms. If you prefer not to, you can also reach us by phone or email.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. When pages are requested, technically necessary data is processed in server logs (including truncated IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type). This processing serves secure, stable operation and is based on our legitimate interest. As a service provider, Cloudflare may also operate outside Switzerland/the EU.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or required by law. Invoicing and business records are retained according to statutory periods (in Switzerland usually 10 years). Contact enquiries are deleted once they are handled and no retention obligation applies.
We disclose data only insofar as necessary to perform the contract (e.g. to payment providers or suppliers), where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged. Service providers we use (e.g. hosting) process data only on our instructions.
Within the scope of applicable law you have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to object and — where applicable — to data portability. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
